特点 ■ 流态化均匀稳定，无死床和吹穿现象，干燥、冷却物料均匀； ■ 可调性好，料层厚度、 ■ 停留时间及振幅，可适当调节； ■ 对物料表面的损伤小，可用于易碎物料的干燥； ■ 机械效率和热效率高，比一般干燥装置节能30%~60% ■ 与物料接触部分清洁，可连续生产。
用途 ■ 适用于化工、制药、食品、粮食、矿产等行业的粉状、颗粒状物料的干燥、冷却、增湿等作业（或同时进行）。如：柠檬酸、味精、硼砂、硫铵、复合肥、白炭黑、豆粕、酒槽、种子、矿渣等等。
