工作原理
■该机由加料斗、分级轮、粉碎刀片、齿圈、粉碎电机、出料口、风叶、集料箱、吸尘箱等部分组成，物料由加料斗进入粉碎室，通过高速旋转的刀片进行粉碎，调节分级轮与分级盘的距离来达到所要求的物料细度，高速旋转的风叶把达到要求的物料从粉碎室引到集料箱布袋中，没有达到要求的物料继续在粉碎室中粉碎，集料箱布袋产生的粉尘由吸尘箱收集，该机组按“GMP”标准设计，结构简单，操作清理方便，噪音小，产量高，机器全部用优质不锈钢材料制造，粉碎过程中无粉尘飞扬。
